In the rare occasion
that the doll may sustain damage and will require repairs. I do offer repairs
and replacement of broken parts or the stringing system at a minimal fee. The
replacement of the head can also be done at a slightly higher fee. The doll
must be returned to me for the necessary repairs. Parts are not sold for
self-repairs. The doll must be returned to me for evaluation and repairs.
Please contact me about the needed repairs before shipping. The doll must be
securely packed, marked fragile and insured. An appropriate shipping carrier
such as DHL should be used to insure that the package shall be shipped with
care. Never use UPS or the Postal service for shipping valuable fragile items.
